Lindsay Bonebrake

Director of the Master of Arts in Counseling & Assistant Professor of Counseling

Dr. Lindsay Bonebrake, BA (Politics Philosophy and Economics), MA (Counseling), MA (Christian Education), DoC, is an Assistant Professor of Counseling and Director of the Counseling Programs at Central Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dr. Bonebrake has worked clinically in a residential treatment facility, as a school counselor in inner city Kansas City, KS and presently sees clients at a local nonprofit in Lee’s Summit, MO. She provides supervision to intern level and provisionally licensed counselors working toward their state licensure. She provides Play Therapy continuing education opportunities across the Midwest. Dr. Bonebrake taught and developed coursework for the undergraduate psychology, Master of Counseling, and Doctor of counseling programs at Midwestern Baptist Theological College and Seminary. Dr. Bonebrake is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor in Missouri and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor in Kansas. She holds her Registered Play Therapist Supervisor Credential, through the Association of Play Therapy and maintains her Nationally Certified Counselor Credential and Certified Clinical Mental Health Counselor through the National Board of Certified Counselors.
