Dana Evans is a Dean at ACE Collegium Campus; a staff minister at Second Baptist Church of Kansas City, Missouri; Co-Chair of their Discipleship Ministry; teaches at the SBC Christian Institute; and is a New Disciple Mentor.
A former public school teacher, Dana says that “teaching is my passion, leadership is my priority, and ministry is my ambition.” A Master of Divinity through the create program caps off a distinguished academic career that includes a B.A. in elementary education from Clark Atlanta University (magna cum laude), a M.Ed. in special education at Vanderbilt University, and a second master’s in education administration from Park University, Parkville, Missouri.
Non Degree Programs
DIPLOMA IN THEOLOGICAL STUDIES
The Diploma in Theological Studies offers a basic diploma program (not an accredited degree) in theological studies for mature persons who have not completed a formal undergraduate degree.
SPECIAL STUDENT STATUS
Special Student status is for persons seeking academic credit but not enrollment in a degree program. Typically, these are special circumstances in which a student only needs certain classes for a specific reason.
MINISTRY CERTIFICATE - Foundations
A Certificate in Ministry Studies is available for persons completing the Foundations program. The program consists of 10 one day seminars over the course of one academic year.
Any person may enroll for our classes as a lifelong learner (continuing education/audit). Lifelong learners are encouraged to read and particpate but do not receive academic credit for coursework.
