I am grateful for the interesting path that brought me to Central Seminary.
After putting my realtor through an ordeal that involved looking at 55 houses, she asked me one favor—to interview for this position. She felt that my background of working at the Kauffman Foundation in the Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership, my previous position as a local church administrative assistant and my recent tenure on the Board of the Hong Kong American Women's Association chairing the Charitable Donations Committee would be a good fit for this position.
She must have been right, as I've now been here for over 12 years. But I'm the lucky one. I get to work with colleagues that are caring, and deeply devoted to their work, and have all become my close friends as have many of Central's students. I have been blessed and hope to be a blessing to others in this role.
