Business Office Manager Announced
Central Seminary is pleased to announce that Christine King recently joined our community in the role of Business Office Manager. An experienced office manager, Christine succeeds Connie Mohr, who retired on May 27 after serving on Central’s staff for twenty-six years.
Christine has held similar business manager roles over the past twenty years in a variety of different industries and has overseen areas such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, business filings, banking transactions, and finance and human resources. She has a degree in paralegal studies and comes to Central after relocating back to the Kansas City area from Virginia.
Scott Wedel, Chief Financial and Administrative Officer at Central, said, “It is a pleasure to welcome Christine to the Central community. She brings a great mix of professional experience, attention to detail and positive attitude to the Business Office Manager role. Christine has begun the process of getting acclimated to the wide range of responsibilities in her role at Central. We are fortunate to have her on our team.”
